RECOMMENDATIONS AND PLANT CLAIM POLICY

 

Recommendations

BEFORE SHIPPING: We will take pictures all plants and send to you for checking.

1. After receiving the product, we recommend you take pictures or videos to verify the condition of the box within the day you receive the product.

2. Please take a clear video while unboxing the plants as evidence in case your plants are damaged within the day you receive the product.

3. Please send us photos or videos (all sides of the plant container) if you encounter any problems with the plants within the day you receive the product.

 

Plant Claim

Damaged Plants

1. If your plants get damage such as extreamly bruising or splitting, we will give you a 25% discount (up to 200 USD) on your next order as an apology for the problem with your plants.

Dead Plants

1. (REFUND) If your plants get seriously damaged as mold, spoilage, or lifeless, we will refund 75% of the damaged product price for you.

2. (REPLACEMENT) If your plants get seriously damaged as mold, spoilage, or lifeless, we will resend them to you. However, we have to wait until the lab reproduces the plants and wait for the new plants to get stronger first. (Please contact us for further discussion)

*We do not accept any claims in case of delay delivery (more than 10 days) or products stuck at the warehouse caused by the error of courier.

* ESSENTIALLY have the pictures and unboxing video for being the evidence.
